Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the phmacoa platform. By creating an account or accessing any phmacoa service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phmacoa. This is a strict PAGCOR regulatory requirement. phmacoa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to belong to an underage user.
phmacoa is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR for use within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure online gaming is lawful in your location before using phmacoa.
Each individual may hold only one registered phmacoa account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances. All accounts must be registered in the account holder's own legal name.
All games available on phmacoa are certified for fairness and comply with PAGCOR operational standards. Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited. Manipulation, use of bots, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and phmacoa ("phmacoa," "we," "us," "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the phmacoa platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any phmacoa service. Access to phmacoa and its services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 phmacoa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the phmacoa platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 These Terms are published in English, which shall be the controlling language for all interpretive purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not modify the English-language Terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use any phmacoa service. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. phmacoa's services are intended exclusively for players physically located within the Philippines, where online gaming is lawfully permitted under PAGCOR regulation. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited must not use phmacoa.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered phmacoa account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. You must update your information if it changes. phmacoa reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). phmacoa is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth card, passport, or driver's licence). Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in suspension of your account and/or withholding of withdrawal requests.
3. Account Security
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmacoa account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phmacoa immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.2 phmacoa will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from phmacoa that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 phmacoa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, or from any unauthorised access resulting from your own actions or negligence.
3.4 You may not allow any third party to access or use your phmacoa account. All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 All financial transactions on the phmacoa platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). phmacoa does not support foreign currency transactions.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phmacoa reserves the right to add or remove payment method options at its discretion.
4.3 Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as stated in the platform's cashier section, which may be updated from time to time.
4.4 All funds deposited into your phmacoa account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phmacoa reserves the right to reverse transactions suspected of originating from third-party sources.
4.5 Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. phmacoa will not process a withdrawal until all required documentation has been provided and verified. Processing times vary by payment method; phmacoa will endeavour to process all verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
4.6 phmacoa reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 phmacoa may offer bonuses, promotions, free bingo cards, free spins, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 phmacoa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
5.4 phmacoa's determination on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Each game available on phmacoa is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
6.2 All phmacoa games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures that comply with PAGCOR operational requirements. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, phmacoa reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to players. Bets placed on a malfunctioning game shall have no value. phmacoa's decision on technical malfunction cases is final.
6.4 Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games are displayed in the game information section. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not represent the expected return in any individual session.
7. Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmacoa platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any phmacoa game or system
- Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction for illegal purposes through the platform
- Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information
- Accessing phmacoa services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phmacoa staff in any communication channel
7.2 Breach of any prohibition in Clause 7.1 will result in immediate and permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the phmacoa platform — including but not limited to the phmacoa brand name and logo, game content, website design, text, graphics, software, and data — is the intellectual property of phmacoa or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phmacoa platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other use is permitted without express written consent from phmacoa.
8.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any phmacoa content without prior written authorisation.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phmacoa platform.
9.2 phmacoa does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
9.3 phmacoa's total aggregate liability to any individual player, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's phmacoa account at the time of the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phmacoa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10. Responsible Gaming
10.1 phmacoa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phmacoa account holders at no cost: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed within your phmacoa account settings.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests will be honoured within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your phmacoa account, and any promotional communications will be suspended.
10.4 phmacoa reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on your account — including mandatory limits or suspension — if our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns indicative of problem gambling behaviour.

11. Account Suspension & Termination
11.1 phmacoa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
- Failure to comply with KYC or identity verification requirements
- Underage registration or use
- Violation of the one-account-per-person policy
- Use of prohibited automated tools or cheating methods
11.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, phmacoa reserves the right to forfeit all funds held within the account, including deposited funds, bonus balances, and any pending winnings.
11.3 Players may close their own phmacoa account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining after the closure request will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to KYC verification.
12. Amendments to These Terms
12.1 phmacoa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform and/or to your registered mobile number. The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page, dated by last-updated date.
12.2 Your continued use of the phmacoa platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using phmacoa and may request account closure as described in Clause 11.3.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms and all matters relating to your use of phmacoa are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phmacoa's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 phmacoa's regulatory authority is PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved through phmacoa's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its complaint procedures.
